Zendaya & Chris Brown’s “Something New” Arrives 2/5, Impacts Pop Radio on 2/9

Update: While Zendaya’s “Something New (featuring Chris Brown)” is not expected to debut on iTunes and digital retailers until this Friday, it has already been premiered on radio stations throughout America.

The song officially impacts in conjunction with the 2/9 pop radio add board.

Courtesy a video release and a promotional radio blast, Zendaya’s “Finding Neverland” cut “Neverland” has commanded some recent attention.

Republic has “Something New” planned for February.

The label’s radio promotions team confirmed that Zendaya’s “Something New,” which features Chris Brown, will be released for digital download and streaming on February 5.

Four days later, it will officially impact the pop radio format.

The song is also slated to receive high-profile exposure during the Grammy Awards. Republic notes that Zendaya’s new CoverGirl commercial, which features the song, is slated to air during the February 15 awards show.
