“Glory,” which won the Best Original Song honor at least year’s Oscars, earned the equivalent trophy at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards.
The Best Song Written For Visual Media reveal was made during Monday afternoon’s pre-show.
“Glory,” which appears in the movie “Selma,” is credited to writers Lonnie “Common” Lynn, Che “Rhymefest” Smith & John “John Legend” Stephens. Common and John Legend perform the track.
“Glory” beat out “Earned It,” “Love Me Like You Do,” “See You Again,” and “Til It Happens To You.”
