ABC’s two Thursday veterans enjoyed slight week-over-week gains in adults 18-49. One was also up in viewers.
The newcomer, on the other hand, suffered week-to-week losses in both columns.
Based on fast national data reported by Showbuzz, “Grey’s Anatomy” opened the night with a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating and 7.80 million total viewers.
The numbers, which offer a mixed comparison to last week’s show (the rating is up from a 2.1, but viewership is down from last week’s 7.91 million mark), were ABC’s best for the evening.
“Scandal” followed with a 1.8 and 6.45 million. Both numbers top those of last week’s show, which drew a 1.6 and 6.15 million.
Among adults 18-49, ABC was the #2 broadcast network for both timeslots. It trailed only CBS’ comedies at 8PM and only FOX’s “American Idol” at 9PM.
ABC closed its night with “The Catch,” which slipped to a 1.0 rating and 5.03 million viewers after drawing a 1.2 with 5.85 million for last week’s series premiere.
“The Catch” was its timeslot’s #3 broadcast show in both adults 18-49 and total viewers.
