The opening week lineup for CBS’ “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” has been revealed, and it features some high-profile musical performances.
Per CBS, hip-hop heavy-hitter Kendrick Lamar is scheduled to perform on September 9. Country veteran Toby Keith takes the stage on September 10.
Colbert’s “Late Show” officially premieres on September 8. Confirmed interview guests include George Clooney and Jeb Bush. House band Jon Batiste and Stay Human will serve as the night’s musical act; “special guests” are expected to join the performance.
Other week one visitors include Scarlett Johansson, Elon Musk, Travis Kalanick, Amy Schumer, and Stephen King. Full listings follow:
