Brantley Gilbert Goes Top 5 at Country Radio; Luke Bryan, Frankie Ballard, Brad Paisley Top 10

While it got off to a surprisingly slow start, Brantley Gilbert’s “One Hell of an Amen” has been cruising up the country airplay chart in recent weeks.

This week, that upward surge brings the song into the Top 5.

“One Hell of an Amen” rises three places to #5 on Mediabase’s country radio singles chart. In addition to ranking #5 for Mediabase chart points, the song also ranks as the week’s fifth-most played (6,502 spins during the July 5-11 tracking week) and fifth-most heard (45.714 million audience impressions) active country song.

“One Hell of an Amen” is the week’s lone addition to the Top 5.

Three songs, meanwhile, reach the top 10.

Leading the charge is Luke Bryan’s “Kick the Dust Up,” which surges four places to #7 on the chart. Frankie Ballard’s “Young & Crazy” enjoys a five-place rise to #9, while Brad Paisley’s “Crushin’ It” jumps two places to #10.
