Iggy Azalea & Jennifer Hudson, Fifth Harmony, Shaggy Reach Pop’s Top 40

Not exploding in the same manner as her previous pop releases, Iggy Azalea’s “Trouble (featuring Jennifer Hudson)” is nonetheless still climbing. It vaults into the Top 40 on this week’s edition of the official Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The recipient of 1,010 spins during the March 1-7 tracking period, Azalea’s song flies up to the #36 position. It was #41 on last week’s chart.

“Trouble” is not the only addition to the weekly top forty.

— Set to be confirmed as the new iHeartRadio “On the Verge” song, Fifth Harmony’s new “Worth It (featuring Kid Ink)” will soon receive the corresponding airplay boost at rhythmic radio.

The song is meanwhile making an organic run at pop radio. This week, that song officially brings the song into the format’s Top 40.

“Worth It” rises to #38 (+16) on Mediabase’s official pop airplay chart. Its position is attributable to the 790 spins it received during the tracking week.

— Shaggy’s “I Need Your Love (featuring Mohombi, Faydee and Costi)” also notches a Top 40 position this week. Up seven places to #39, it commanded 777 weekly spins.
