Dustin Lynch’s “Hell of a Night,” Sam Hunt’s “House Party” Enter Country Radio’s Top 10

Mediabase’s weekly country radio singles chart welcomes two new additions to its Top 10.

Dustin Lynch’s “Hell of a Night,” the higher-charting of the two, enjoys a three-place lift to #8. The song, which claimed the eight-greatest quantity of Mediabase chart points during the July 19-25 tracking week, was the format’s 9th-most-played (~5,403 weekly spins, +373) and 7th-most-heard song (~38.985 million audience impressions).

Sam Hunt’s “House Party” also claims a Top 10 position. The rapidly-rising track, which has only been inside the Top 50 for eleven weeks, rises three places to a new peak of #9.

In addition to claiming the week’s ninth-greatest quantity of chart points, “House Party” was the week’s 10th-most-played (~5,298 weekly spins, +329) and 9th-most-heard song (~37.088 million audience impressions).

“Hell of a Night” is the follow-up to Lynch’s chart-topping “Where It’s At.” “House Party” represents Hunt’s chance to score a third-straight #1; previous singles “Leave the Night On” and “Take Your Time” also topped the chart.
