Ratings: “Happyland” Viewership Declines By 8%

While it remained comfortably above the series low posted on October 21, viewership for Tuesday’s “Happyland” did endure a decline.

Tuesday’s installment, which was the sixth edition of the MTV comedy, drew 371,000 viewers. That represents a decline of 8% from last week’s episode, which drew 404,000.

That downfall did not, however, manifest in the show’s adults 18-49 rating. Like last week’s broadcast, Tuesday’s “Happyland” delivered a 0.2 (an unrounded 0.20) rating in the coveted young adults demo.

Earlier in the night, MTV aired “Awkward” and Faking It.” 10PM comedy “Awkward” drew a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating (rounded down from a 0.41) with 823,000 viewers. “Faking It,” which followed at 10:30PM, posted a 0.3 rating (rounded down from a 0.33) with 674,000 viewers.

Both performances trailed those of last week’s episode: the 10/28 “Awkward” drew a 0.4 rating (rounded down from a 0.43) with 824,000 viewers, while the 10/28 “Faking It” posted a 0.4 (rounded up from a 0.35) and 687,000.
