Ratings: AMC’s “The Walking Dead” Enjoys Gain This Week

The Walking Dead [AMC]

Sunday’s “The Walking Dead” enjoyed slight gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership this week.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Sunday’s Morgan/Kingdom-centric episode drew a 4.88 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 10.68 million viewers.

Last week’s episode posted a 4.71 in the demo and 10.16 million in viewership.

The ongoing seventh season of “The Walking Dead” has definitely taken a hit in comparison to recent seasons, but it remains a dominant live+same-day performer. It routinely wins Sunday night in adults 18-49 (as it did this week). It pretty much always ranks as each week’s top scripted show in that demo.

Sunday’s “TWD” led into “Talking Dead,” which drew a 1.75 rating and 3.96 million viewers. Last week’s episode posted a 1.56 and reached an audience of 3.56 million.
