Mariah Carey’s “Infinity” Arrives April 27, Then Heads to Pop, Hot AC Radio

The wait for Mariah Carey’s new single is nearly over.

“Infinity,” which is cut from her forthcoming “#1 to Infinity” greatest hits album, officially arrives on April 27.

Not simply a vanity release, the song is due to receive a push at both hot adult contemporary and pop radio. Epic Records says “Infinity” goes for Hot AC and pop adds during the week of May 4 (thus impacting Hot AC on 5/4 and pop on 5/5), but those associated with the record will obviously hope for some early airplay this coming week.

The April 27 “Infinity” release and May 4 radio impact precedes the 5/6 commencement of her Vegas residency.
