“Captain Marvel” unsurprisingly retains its throne at the US weekend box office.

Per estimates, the hit film earned another $69.3 million this weekend. Enough for a dominant second weekend at #1, the tally brings the film’s cumulative total to $266.2 million.

Newcomer “Wonder Park” takes #2 on the weekend chart with $16.0 million. “Five Feet Apart,” another new release, follows at #3 with $13.2 million.

“How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” slips two spots to #4 with $9.3 million (cume now $135.6 million), while “Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral” drops two places to #5 with $8.1 million (cume now $59.1 million).

Launched on fewer than 500 screens, newcomer “No Manches Frida 2” takes #6 with $3.9 million. Despite a far wider release (over 2500), the debuting “Captive State” earned only $3.2 million and starts at #7.
