This year’s Emmy Awards race for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama features two first-time nominees in Maisie Williams and Constance Zimmer.
The former appears on HBO’s drama juggernaut “Game Of Thrones.” Williams’ 2016 Emmy nomination is one of twenty three earned by the series, which is the reigning winner for Outstanding Drama.
The latter stars on Lifetime’s “UnREAL,” which scored a total of three nominations for its low-rated but critically acclaimed first season.
Other Supporting Actress nominees include Williams’ “GoT” co-stars Emilia Clarke and Lena Headey, “Downton Abbey” star Maggie Smith and “The Affair” standout Maura Tierney.
