Marshmello & Bastille’s “Happier” Certified 4x Platinum In Australia; Ellie Goulding, Diplo & Swae Lee 2x Platinum

“Happier” and “Close To Me” earn new multi-platinum awards in the Land Down Under.

Two successful collaborations received multi-platinum new certifications in Australia this week.

According to ARIA, Marshmello & Bastille’s “Happier” crossed the 4x platinum threshold. The award signifies 280,000 in Australian units.

Ellie Goulding & Diplo’s “Close To Me (featuring Swae Lee)” meanwhile reached the 2x platinum level, confirming 140,000 in Australian units.

Now in its thirtieth week on the ARIA Australian Top 50 Singles chart, “Happier” boasts a #16 ranking. It had gone as high as #3 earlier in its run.

“Close To Me” its #44 in its thirteenth week on the chart. Its peak-to-date is #25.
