Making good on mid-week expectations, Halsey’s “Without Me” rises to #1 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The song, which was #3 last week, seizes the throne from Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next.”

“Without Me” received a format-leading ~19,380 spins during the January 20-26 tracking period. The count tops last week’s mark by a healthy 821 plays.

“Without Me” is Halsey’s first solo chart-topper at pop radio. She did, however, previously hit #1 as a featured artist on The Chainsmokers’ “Closer” and as part of the “Him & I” collaboration with G-Eazy.

The aforementioned “thank u, next” falls to #2 with ~18,875 spins (-79). Panic! At The Disco’s “High Hopes,” which received ~18,417 spins (-309), concurrently drops one place to #3.

Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside” holds at #4 with ~15,675 spins (+754). Up one place, Marshmello & Bastille’s “Happier” takes #5 with ~12,887 (-900).
