After ceding its throne to Karol G’s enduring hit “BbY WOW” on the October 17 and 18 charts, Tate McRae’s “Housewife” returns to #1 on the Global Spotify Chart for October 19.
The song rises two places to the pinnacle position, courtesy of the 5.647 million streams it received on Monday. The count represents a lift of more than two million from Sunday’s number.
“Housewife,” which McRae performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, meanwhile retains its US leadership position for a fourth consecutive day.
— Olivia Rodrigo’s “expectations (featuring Chappell Roan),” the week’s other big pop release, enjoys chart gains of its own on Monday’s chart. It rises eleven places to #6 on the Global listing, while ascending three spots to a new peak of #2 on the US breakdown.
