His fight with Anthony Pettis did not earn the main-event slot on Saturday’s card, but Clay Guida still left UFC’s “Ultimate Finale” with the highest purse, according to the official report from the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
Guida earned $74,000 ($37,000 to show with an equal win bonus) for his victory over Anthony Pettis, who took home just $10,000 for his performance. From a base salary perspective, Ed Herman followed with $48,000 ($24,000 to show with an equal win bonus), but Kyle Kingsbury’s $40,000 “fight of the night” bonus brought his overall total to $60,000.
