Daya, Ariana Grande, Fall Out Boy, Meghan Trainor Officially Added By Z100

New York City pop powerhouse Z100 added four singles — two solo female releases and two collaborations — to its playlist this week.

Per the November 3 Mediabase add board, New York’s #1 Hit Music Station has officially picked up Daya’s “Hide Away,” Ariana Grande’s “Focus,” Fall Out Boy’s “Irresistible (featuring Demi Lovato)” and Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend).”

All four songs possess momentum from an airplay standpoint.

“Hide Away,” which is serving as a breakthrough for Daya, is nearing the Top 20 on Mediabase’s official pop radio airplay chart.

Grande’s “Focus” launched last week to a monster reception, while Fall Out Boy’s “Irresistible (featuring Demi Lovato)” will this week claim a Top 40 position on the airplay chart.

Meghan Trainor’s single, which operated a methodical pace this summer, caught fire as fall arrived. It is nearing the Top 15.

— In addition to landing at Z100, Ariana Grande’s “Focus” scored an add from Los Angeles’ 102.7 KIIS — and well over 100 other stations.
