Andy Grammer’s “Honey, I’m Good” Retains #1 at Hot AC, Tove Lo Goes Top 10

Despite losing airplay this week, Andy Grammer’s “Honey, I’m Good” avoids the one-and-done label. It earns a second straight week atop Mediabase’s Hot AC airplay chart.

This week’s victory comes courtesy a tracking week spin count of 6,833. While down by 139 from last week’s total, it remains slightly ahead of the 6,809 earned by Walk the Moon’s runner-up “Shut Up and Dance.”

That runner-up, interestingly, enjoyed a week-over-week gain of 77. “Shut Up and Dance,” which had seemed to be done advancing, held #1 prior to the ascent of “Honey, I’m Good.”

Jason Derulo’s “Want to Want Me” (#3), Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again (featuring Charlie Puth)” (#4) and Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” (#5) form the balance of the Top 5. Each song is positioned as it was last week.

While the Top 5 is without a new entry, one song does leap into the weekly Top 10.

Tove Lo’s “Talking Body,” that song, rises one place to #10 on this week’s chart. It received 3,805 spins (+146) during the June 21-27 tracking week.

Still on the upward move at hot adult contemporary, “Talking Body” has seemingly peaked at pop radio. In light of that reality, label Republic has officially confirmed “Timebomb” as the singer-songwriter’s next single.
