Thanks to “Play it Again,” Luke Bryan Again Climbs the Charts

Another Luke Bryan single, another country hit.

“Play it Again,” the latest from the biggest name in country music, is rapidly making an impression within the genre.

Country radio’s second-most-added song this week (behind Cole Swindell’s “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight”), Bryan’s single is already the format’s nineteenth-most-spun track.

Its impact on the iTunes single sales chart is even greater. Number fifteen at the digital retailer, “Play it Again” is presently the second-best-selling country single. Only Florida Georgia Line’s crossover push “This is How We Roll,” which features Bryan, is selling at a faster rate.

Ranked number nine on this week’s Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, “Play it Again” seeks to become the third number one and fourth Top 5 hit from his “Crash My Party” album.
