Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” Also Earns Grammy For Record Of The Year

As far as the Grammy Awards are concerned, Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” was unquestionably the best track released last year.

Earlier in Sunday’s ceremony, the song won the award for Song Of The Year.

At around 11:35PM ET, it won the Record of the Year award.

In doing so, it swept the two track-oriented “Big Four” categories.

Other ROTY nominees included “The Middle,” “rockstar,” “I Like It,” “The Joke,” “Shallow,” “All The Stars,” and “God’s Plan.”

The award for Album of the Year, the final category of this year’s broadcast, will be issued shortly.
