For the first time in its run, Olivia Rodrigo’s “deja vu” ranks as one of the Top 5 global performers on Spotify.

Credited with 3,625,373 worldwide streams on Wednesday, April 14, the song ascends to #5 on the Global Spotify Streaming Chart. Only Lil Nas X’s “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name),” Justin Bieber’s “Peaches (featuring Daniel Caesar & GIVEON),” Polo G’s “RAPSTAR,” and Masked Wolf’s “Astronaut In The Ocean” received more streams on Wednesday.

In addition to driving the song’s highest ranking yet, the 3.625 million streaming figure represents the song’s biggest day on record. It is an encouraging sign for the single, which is the follow-up to Rodrigo’s record-breaking debut “drivers license” and a focal point of the campaign for her forthcoming album “SOUR.”

“deja vu” first premiered at mid-day on April 1.
