Ariana Grande’s “Breathin,” “GIAW,” “Everytime,” “Sweetener” Make Top 10 On Daily US Spotify Chart

Songs from Ariana Grande’s “Sweetener” appear prominently on the US Spotify chart.

Ariana Grande’s new album “Sweetener” garnered a considerable amount of first-day attention on US Spotify.

Four songs from the album earned Top 10 positions Friday. An additional four tracks appear inside the Top 20 of the daily chart.

Credited with what Spotifycharts reports as 1.65 million US streams, “breathin” earns #4 on the daily listing. Only Drake’s “In My Feelings,” Travi$ Scott’s “SICKO MODE,” and 6ix9ine’s “FEFE (featuring Nicki Minaj & Murda Beatz)” received more US streams Friday.

“God is a woman” takes #6 with 1.45 million US streams, while an opening day US streaming tally of 1.18 million slots “everytime” at #7. Title track “sweetener” follows at #8 with 1.15 million.

“R.E.M.” (#14, 1.05 million), “raindrops (an angel cried)” (#15, 1.03 million), “no tears left to cry” (#16, 1.02 million), and “pete davidson” (#18, 0.98 million) hold Top 20 rankings.

The other “sweetener” tracks are positioned as follows:

— “Sweetener” is also faring solidly on Global Spotify. “breathin” takes #3 on Friday’s global chart; all fifteen tracks from the album are in the Top 44.
