The follow-up to Imagine Dragons’ chart-topping “Whatever It Takes” and the follow-up to AJR’s chart-topping “Sober” should both reach the Top 5 on this week’s Mediabase alternative radio chart.
Imagine Dragons’ “Natural” received 2,315 spins during the first six days of the August 5-11 tracking period. Up 17% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Natural” at #4 on Mediabase’s building/real-time chart.
AJR’s “Burn The House Down” follows at #5 on the building chart. It received 2,205 spins during the aforementioned six-day window (+6%).
As they do not face imminent threats from below, the songs should be able to retain their positions through the close of tracking.
