On the heels of its second season renewal, USA Network’s “Shooter” posted a week-to-week ratings gain.

The gain may have been aided by lead-in SmackDown! Live, which also enjoyed an improved performance this week.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “Shooter” drew a 0.52 adults 18-49 rating and 1.53 million total viewers. The numbers top the 0.44 rating and 1.30 million viewer mark drawn by last week’s broadcast.

SmackDown! Live opened USA’s primetime lineup with a 0.88 rating and 2.64 million in total viewership. Last week’s edition of the WWE program scored a 0.73 and 2.36 million.
