Kanye West’s “TLOP” Pacing For ~90M Streams; Will Make Big BB200 Debut If Sales Are Reported

In addition to launching on the various streaming networks, Kanye West’s “The Life Of Pablo” was recently made available for purchase on his official website.

If those sales are reported to Billboard, the album will be eligible to chart on this week’s Billboard 200.

And if is eligible to chart, it could contend for one of the top spots.

According to Hits Daily Double, “TLOP” has a chance at generating 90 million track streams during the April 1-7 tracking week. Those 90 million streams would result in 60,000 SEA units.

That figure, alone, would give “TLOP” a shot at a prominent position on the consumption-oriented Billboard 200. Any sales originating from KanyeWest.com would be icing on the cake.

Other albums vying for #1 on the chart, which ranks albums based on the sum of pure US album sales, TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) include Chris Stapleton’s “Traveller” and Lukas Graham’s “7 Years.”

Firm data is not yet available for ZAYN’s “Mind Of Mine,” which topped last week’s chart, or strong holdover performers like Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” and Rihanna’s “ANTI,” but those albums should also land near the top of this coming week’s Billboard 200.
