Ratings: Recently Renewed “Colony” Slips This Week

Undeterred by the show’s modest live+same-day performance, USA Network this week renewed “Colony” for a second season. In its renewal announcement, it touted the show’s strong live+encore+3 viewership upticks and multi-platform interest.

As such, USA Network is doubtfully dwelling on this week’s live+same-day declines in adults 18-49 and total viewership. Knowing the show is renewed, the same is likely true of those who work on — or support — “Colony.”

The declines did occur, nonetheless. This week’s episode drew a 0.39 adults 18-49 rating and 1.150 million total viewers; the numbers trail the 0.46 and 1.212 million posted by last week’s broadcast.

This was the fourth “Colony” episode.
