Drake’s “Hotline Bling” Crosses the 1 Million US Sales Mark

While official data for the October 23-29 tracking week has not yet been published, enough insight exists to report that Drake’s “Hotline Bling” crossed the 1 million US sales mark.

Going into the tracking week, “Hotline Bling” possessed what Nielsen Music reports as a cumulative US sales total of 957,014. Given that the smash hit was predicted to sell upwards of 150,000 copies during the official tracking week — and certainly more than 42,986 — it undoubtedly crossed the million milestone.

“Hotline Bling” is currently sitting at a peak of #2 on the all-encompassing Billboard Hot 100. It has reached the #1 spot on the Mediabase urban and rhythmic airplay charts and will claim a Top 5 position on this week’s pop listing.
