ABC Picks Up Several Pilots, Reportedly Cancels “Flash Forward”

Amid an EW.com report that ABC is planning to cancel “FlashForward,” “Romantically Challenged,” “Better off Ted” and “Scrubs” comes news that six pilots have been ordered to series.

THR is reporting that comedies “Happy Ending,” “Mr. Sunshine” and “Better Together” have joined previously-picked up “No Ordinary Family” on the ABC roster.

Dramatic pickups include legal procedural “The Whole Truth,” dramedy “My Generation” and cop series “Detroit 187.”
