With Charlie Sheen’s arrest on domestic violence accusations headlining all entertainment news, observers are looking for some answers to a largely clouded situation.
The alleged victim and accuser has still not been formally identified, although the going assumption is that it was Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller. Interestingly, a TMZ report says that the accuser (identified clearly as Mueller in that website’s report) is no longer fully cooperating with police in their follow-up questioning.
Nonetheless, some details are starting to emerge. An E! Online report, for instance, cites Aspen Police Department Spokesperson Stephanie Dasaro in saying that the charge of menacing involved “a weapon of some sort.”
As for Sheen, he is scheduled for a court appearance on February 8. According to the E! story, Chief Deputy DA Arnold Mordkin has confirmed Sheen “seemed upset, but was cooperative and pleasant” as the process went down.
