The mugshot photo stemming from Charlie Sheen’s December 25, 2009 arrest on domestic violence accusations has been formally released.
Sheen faces charges of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred early Friday morning. As is customary in this type of matter, Sheen’s accuser has not been formally identified, though the going assumption is that it is Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller. TMZ has treated Mueller as the unequivocal accuser in its numerous articles on the story, with most of the outlet’s reports questioning the validity of her statements–one story said she was legally drunk at the time of questioning, while another said she did not want to play ball in the follow-up investigation.
