Earlier this week, Headline Planet broke the news that a Hailee Steinfeld performance would air during NBC’s coverage of the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular.
Thursday, NBC added two more acts to the bill.
The network confirms that country star Brad Paisley and country trio Lady Antebellum will be performing on the special.
More performers will be announced soon.
“Our lineup of amazing musical acts and personalities will be the perfect lead-in to the incredible fireworks display the nation waits for all year,” said Doug Vaughan, Executive Vice President, Specials & Late Night Programming, NBC Entertainment. “NBC is proud to partner with Macy’s and these talented artists to create the ultimate destination to celebrate Independence Day.”
The broadcast will air from 8-10PM EDT on July 4. Akbar Gbajabiamila, Matt Iseman and Kristine Leahy will host.
