Flume & Kai’s “Never Be Like You,” Charlie & Selena’s “We Don’t Talk Anymore” Heading Top 20 at Pop Radio

Flume’s “Never Be Like You (featuring Kai)” and Charlie Puth’s “We Don’t Talk Anymore (featuring Selena Gomez)” are set to claim Top 20 positions on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

“Never Be Like You” received 3,741 spins during the first six days of the June 26-July 2 tracking week. Up 8.2% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Never Be Like You” at #21 on Mediabase’s building chart.

Since Mike Posner’s building #12 “I Took A Pill In Ibiza” and Zara Larsson & MNEK’s “Never Forget You” are both set to be removed as recurrents this week, the #21 building chart position should turn into #19 on the final chart.

It is for that reason that “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” which is #22 on the building chart with 3,415 spins (+24.3%), should also claim a Top 20 position on this week’s chart. Fifth Harmony’s building #23 “All In My Head (Flex)” is gaining at a faster rate (3,164 spins, +41.8%), but it likely will not be able to catch “WDTA” before the close of tracking.
