Beyonce’s recently released “Lemonade” has officially crossed the platinum threshold.
“Lemonade” earned the RIAA certification on June 6, 2016.
The platinum honor confirms a US unit total of 1 million. Under the terms of the revamped album certification program, one unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.
“Lemonade” made its TIDAL streaming debut on April 23, 2016. A wide release quickly followed.
