For the first time in history, a female artist has twelve or more songs on the Billboard Hot 100.
That woman? Beyonce, of course.
All twelve tracks from the music superstar’s “Lemonade” land on this week’s Hot 100. The achievement bests that of Taylor Swift, who held 11 concurrent Hot 100 positions in conjunction with the release of her 2010 album “Speak Now.”
(Justin Bieber, who had 17 tracks on the Hot 100 when “Purpose” debuted, is the leader among all artists).
As previously reported, “Formation” is the highest charting “Lemonade” entry. It starts at #10.
“Sorry” closely follows at #11, while “Hold Up” (#13) and “6 Inch (featuring The Weeknd)” (#18) also land in the Top 20.
The other tracks are positioned as follows:
#28 – Don’t Hurt Yourself ft. Jack White
#35 – Freedom ft. Kendrick Lamar
#37 – Pray You Can Catch Me
#38 – All Night
#41 – Daddy Lessons
#43 – Sandcastles
#47 – Love Drought
#63 – Forward ft. James Blake
