This week’s victory comes on the strength of ~7,121 tracking week spins (-42). Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend),” which again ranks as runner-up, received ~7,085 spins during the January 3-9 tracking period (-4).
Like “Hello” and “Lose You,” the chart’s other Top 5 songs retain last week’s positions. Shawn Mendes’ “Stiches” is again #3 with ~6,395 weekly plays (+19), while Elle King’s “Ex’s And Oh’s” (~4, = | ~6,115, -47) and Ellie Goulding’s “On My Mind” (#5, = | ~5,678, +161) complete the Top 5.
While the Top 5 is without a new addition, the Top 10 is not. Up four places, Justin Bieber’s multi-format hit “Sorry” takes #10 on the strength of ~3,160 tracking week spins (+467).
