Selena Gomez’ “Same Old Love” Headed For Top 10 at Rhythmic Radio

This week is shaping up to be a big one for Selena Gomez’ “Same Old Love.”

Poised to reach #1 on the official Mediabase pop airplay chart, “Same Old Love” is also on track for a Top 10 position at rhythmic.

“Same Old Love” received 2,633 spins during the first six days of the January 3-9 tracking week. Up 12.7% from the count at this time last week, the tally positions “Same Old Love” at #10 on the Mediabase building airplay chart.

Absent an imminent threat from below, “Same Old Love” should face no difficulty retaining its Top 10 position through the close of the chart week.

As first reported by Headline Planet, Interscope recently released a Fetty Wap remix of the song with the hope of generating additional momentum at rhythmic radio. While it is unclear how many of the above 2,633 spins went to the new remix, it is clear that the release created more buzz for Gomez’ single.

“Same Old Love” was #13 on last week’s official Mediabase rhythmic chart. Travi$ Scott’s “Antidote,” which spent the past two weeks at #1, is also set to top this week’s chart.
