Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” Debuts at #23 on Hot 100; Sells 108K

Stellar opening week sales and decent early radio traction propel Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” into the Top 25 of this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

“Bitch,” which is the follow-up to her Top 5 single “FourFiveSeconds (with Kanye West and Paul McCartney)” grabs the #23 position on this week’s chart.

Sales played a particularly helpful role in facilitating the debut. In addition to scoring a Top 25 Hot 100 position, “Bitch Better Have My Money” debuts at #5 on the Digital Songs subchart thanks to 108,000 paid tracking week downloads.

And one should expect another impressive sales total for the current tracking week. Following Rihanna’s performance at Sunday’s iHeartRadio Music Awards, “Bitch” has held the #1 spot on the iTunes single sales chart.

Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk (featuring Bruno Mars)” reigns over the Billboard Hot 100 for a thirteenth straight week.
