Lindy is closing in on the identity of the Flirtual killer, but the audience interested in her effort is shrinking. Monday’s “Eye Candy” drew a reduced 0.28 adults 18-49 rating with 579,000 viewers.
That marks the second consecutive viewership decline for the MTV drama.
Last week’s viewership average of 601,000 considerably trailed the 707,000 drawn by its predecessor. This week’s drop was not quite as severe, but it still made for the least-watched installment since the January 26 episode. That one drew a series low audience of 521,000.
While this week’s episode delivered one of the series’ better adults 18-49 ratings (the 0.28 rating only slightly trails last week’s series high 0.29), it suffered a massive hit in the females 12-34 demographic.
When it comes to that core MTV audience segment, this week’s “Eye Candy” drew a series low 0.59 rating. Last week’s episode scored a considerably stronger 0.85 females 12-34 rating.
