A representative for NBC confirms the change to Headline Planet and notes that the show is “working to find another date” for the “Waves” singer’s performance.

“Waves” are about to crash the set of “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”
NBC has officially confirmed Mr Probz, whose breakthrough single “Waves” reached the Top 20 on the Mediabase pop airplay chart this week, as the musical guest for the October 8 edition of its late night talk show.
Probz will perform after host Seth Meyers interviews actors Matthew Broderick and Zachary Quinto.
Other upcoming “Late Night” musical guests include The Both (October 1) and La Roux (October 6). NBC’s full “Late Night” listings follow:
