WWE has officially confirmed John Cena and Randy Orton vs. The Big Show and Chris Jericho. Jack Swagger vs. MVP was teased for Monday’s show but never officially billed as a guaranteed match.
— Based on the extensive trade journal report on the RAW hosting gimmick, it appears Floyd Mayweather, Jr., not Mike Adamle, is going to be the host of next week’s RAW in Las Vegas. WWE still has not confirmed Mayweather for the date, but correspondents say the possibility of Mayweather hosting RAW was also discussed on ESPN’s “Friday Night Fights” this weekend.
After personally “confirming” plans to host RAW on August 24, Adamle has yet to respond to reports that the host will instead be the boxing champ.
