Numerous correspondents have sent word that one of WWE’s title holders was possibly injured at a Friday night house show.
According to the reports, WWE Women’s Champion Michelle McCool appeared to suffer a leg injury in her match with Eve. McCool took a bump to the outside of the ring and was unable to get to her feet. As medical personnel escorted the champion to the back, the match was ruled a no contest.
Though there have been no official or backstage reports about Michelle McCool’s status, the submitted reports have so far given no indication that the injury was an illegitimate work. In any event, more details are undoubtedly forthcoming.
