As her previous single “Manchild” tops the pop radio airplay chart, Sabrina Carpenter’s follow-up “Tears” is making immediate inroads at the format. The song erupts as this week’s most added song at pop radio, while also claiming first place on the Mediabase hot adult contemporary add board.

— “Tears” received adds from a whopping 130 Mediabase-monitored pop stations, more than quadrupling the mark achieved by any other song this week.

Maroon 5 & Lil Wayne’s “Love Is Like” follows in second with 28 new pop pickups, while an add count of 18 positions Zara Larsson’s “Crush” in third on the Mediabase pop add board. Doja Cat’s “Jealous Type” (15 adds, 4th) and KATSEYE’s “Gabriela” (12 adds, 5th) complete the Top 5.

— The new Sabrina Carpenter single meanwhile landed at 17 Hot AC stations, narrowly topping Max McNown’s “Better Me For You” for first place. The McNown song takes second place with 16 pickups.

Marshmello & Jelly Roll’s “Holy Water” grabs #3 on the Hot AC add board with 11 adds. HUNTR/X’s “Golden” rides an add count of 10 to fourth place, and Cheat Codes’ “Go To Hell (featuring CeeLo Green)” lands in fifth place with 8 new adds.
