It may not have arrived until the sixth day of the tracking period, but Taylor Swift’s “ME! (featuring Brendon Urie)” still picked up a significant amount of airplay at the hot adult contemporary and pop formats.
It received enough airplay, in fact, for a Top 20 debut on the Mediabase hot adult contemporary chart. It meanwhile starts inside the Top 25 on the pop listing.
Credited with 1,625 tracking week spins at Hot AC, “ME!” starts at #18 on that format’s chart.
It concurrently bows at #24 on the pop chart thanks to its 4,233 spins.
Made clear by the lofty spin totals, “ME!” received substantial support from the majority of stations at both formats. Many played the song hourly (if not more frequently) on its first day.
“ME!,” obviously, ranks as the top debut on both charts.
