Update: Hours after HBO released the official trailer for season eight of “Game Of Thrones,” star Kit Harington made a late-night talk show appearance.

Harington appeared as the lead interview guest on Tuesday’s “Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”

Naturally, the interview covered the upcoming “GoT” season.

Tuesday morning, HBO released the official trailer for the eighth — and final — season of “Game Of Thrones.”

Tuesday night, “Game Of Thrones” star Kit Harington makes a high-profile talk show appearance.

Harington appears as the lead interview guest on Tuesday’s edition of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”

In addition to Harington’s interview, Tuesday’s episode features a chat with Amber Tamblyn. Hozier then closes the show with a musical performance.
