Taylor Swift’s “Delicate” Likely Heading Top 5 At Pop Radio

“Delicate” should reach the Top 5 on this week’s pop radio airplay chart.

Taylor Swift’s “Delicate,” which just hit #1 at hot adult contemporary radio, is on track to move into the Top 5 on this coming week’s Mediabase pop radio chart.

“Delicate” received 1,684 pop spins on Sunday, which marked the first day of the June 1-7 tracking period. Up 6.6% from last Sunday’s mark, the tally slots “Delicate” at #5 on the building chart.

Because the week is still young (and Sunday airplay can be particularly erratic), it is too early to guarantee a Top 5 move for “Delicate.

The odds nonetheless look very good. “Delicate” faces no obvious threat from below; as long as it remains on a similarly positive trajectory as the week unfolds, it should secure its Top 5 placement.

“Delicate” will follow the chart-topping “Look What You Made Me Do” as the second Top 5 pop hit from “reputation.”
