Drake’s “Nice For What” and “God’s Plan” continue to receive mammoth airplay at the rhythmic and urban radio formats; “Nice For What” actually reclaims the #1 position on this week’s urban chart. While it has not taken off as major radio hit, the recently released “I’m Upset” is also receiving airplay at both formats.

Those were not, however, the only 2018 Drake songs to receive airplay this week. Rhythmic and urban radio stations also played tracks from his new, record-breaking album “Scorpion.”

— Rhythmic offered its greatest support to “Don’t Matter To Me (featuring Michael Jackson).” Credited with 313 spins during the June 24-30 tracking period, “Don’t Matter To Me” ranks as the Mediabase rhythmic panel’s #52 song.

“Talk Up (featuring Jay-Z)” (89 spins, #89) and “In My Feelings” (85 spins, #92) also received enough airplay for Top 95 positions. Many other tracks from the album appear inside rhythmic’s Top 150.

— “Talk Up” proved even more popular at urban radio. Credited with 195 spins, it was the most popular new “Scorpion” track at that format. It was the urban panel’s #74 song overall.

“In My Feelings” takes #87 with 132 spins, while numerous other tracks appear inside the Top 150.

“Scorpion” is pacing to claim #1 on this week’s Top Album Sales chart with upwards of 275K pure US sales. Powered by a record-breaking streaming performance, should top the Billboard 200 with about 900K in total consumption units.
