Update: Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” closed with a performance by Smashing Pumpkins.
The reunited band performed its new single “Solara” on the broadcast.
The performance precedes Smashing Pumpkins’ upcoming tour (and thirtieth anniversary celebration).

Off for the past two weeks, NBC’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” returns with an original episode Monday night.
The episode features a performance by Smashing Pumpkins, who perform their new single “Solara.”
The performance precedes the band’s upcoming reunion tour — and thirtieth anniversary celebration.
