At last word, WWE was planning to close tonight’s WrestleMania 27 with the John Cena vs. Miz match, although there has been tremendous back-and-forth all week.
Since the beginning of the build, WWE has pushed Triple H vs. Undertaker as “bigger” than any of the individual feuds and title storylines. Certainly, the annual “will the streak end” angle has become the most important Mania fixture, although this particular build-up has seen far more interest in the Rock/Cena/Miz dynamic, which most clearly feel is the main-event of WrestleMania 2011.
At one point, WWE was eyeing the eight-man tag team match as the “buffer” between the big two aforementioned bouts. It is unclear if that plan will hold.

— It is being viewed as definite that Jim Ross will step-in to announce some matches tonight.
