Update: MAX took the stage on Tuesday’s “Late Late Show With James Corden.”
The artist, who was making his “Late Late Show” debut, performed his breakthrough single “Lights Down Low.”
The performance will bring more momentum to a song that already has plenty of it. The platinum-certified song is currently in the Top 10 at radio and Top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100.

As his “Lights Down Low” continues to climb the charts, MAX takes the stage for a national late-night television performance.
The artist performs his breakthrough hit on Tuesday’s “Late Late Show With James Corden.”
The performance, which marks MAX’s late-night debut, comes as “Lights Down Low” bullets at #38 on the Billboard Hot 100. It, meanwhile, moves into the Top 10 on Billboard’s all-format Radio Songs airplay chart.
In addition to the MAX performance, Tuesday’s “Corden” features a discussion with Willem Dafoe and Michelle Monaghan and a “50 Trains of Corden” sketch with Jamie Dornan.
It began airing at 12:35AM on the east coast — and will air at that time on the west coast.
