Currently mourning the loss of drummer Taylor Hawkins, Foo Fighters will not performing at Sunday’s Grammy Awards ceremony.

The superstar rock band did, however, receive some awards at the event.

During Sunday’s pre-ceremony, news broke that Foo Fighters won Best Rock Performance for “Making A Fire,” Best Rock Song for “Waiting On A War,” and Best Rock Album For “Medicine At Midnight.”

Doubt about Foo Fighters’ standing as one of the true superstar modern rock bands does not exist at this point, but awards like these are always relevant in further solidifying the band’s iconic legacy.
